I’ve been busy at my day job for quite a while. It’s the kind of job where you have to hurry up and wait a lot and during the waiting I have made some decisions or discoveries if you will. I discovered that I was trying to fit in and for as long as I can remember, that’s not me. ifiwanttorambleonwithoutspacingorcapitilizationimgoingtodoit. And I think my photography has suffered for it. I realized that I had the right idea, I was just going about it the wrong way. I assumed that if I shot like they do, success will come, which is not entirely true. You see, at one point in time they were just like me, trying to discover themselves in the photography world. And by refining their processes, their photographic style would show through. I still look to others to learn tips and tricks and stuff, but from now on, I’m doing things my own way.
